Data collection
We collect personal data to ensure that contracts are processed, to reinforce our business relationships and to comply with legal obligations. Under no circumstances will the data we collect about you be sold or marketed in any other way.
Data collection on the website
Every time our website www.mevisto.at is accessed, data are saved in a log file. The following data are stored temporarily:

Data transfer
We transfer your data within our group to MEVISTO Holding GmbH and to our partner companies located within the EU for the purposes of delivery and fulfilment of the contract and to create and send advertising materials, insofar as this is necessary for contract processing and advertisement of the products and services we offer. Furthermore, your data are transmitted to the credit agency AKV (AKV Europa – Alpenländischer Kreditorenverband) for the purposes of checking your credit rating. Our partners have been carefully selected by us and are obligated to handle your data confidentially on the basis of the legal provisions. Our partners are not permitted to pass on your data for their own purposes or to third parties.
Contact form - In order to process your enquiry as quickly as possible we may pass on your enquiry to an MEVISTO partner in the respective country.
Your rights
You have the fundamental right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. You can exercise your rights at an time by sending an email to Datenschutz@mevisto.at, by contacting us in person (by telephone or at our premises) or by notifying us by post or fax.
As a data subject, you must identify yourself and assist with identification in order to ensure that, when responding to the notification of exercise of the respective right, you as the data subject are actually being addressed.
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law or that your data privacy rights have otherwise been infringed, you may make a complaint to the regulatory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
