Gemstone Production

Production begins as soon as the biological material (hair, fur, ashes, etc.) arrives at our facility. The gemstone (and jewelry piece) is then handed over to our shipping partner. This is not standard postal delivery, but rather an express courier service with personal handover:

• Gemstone production time: 30 business days
• Production including jewelry setting: 50 business days

• Austria / Germany: next business day
• Other EU countries (excluding Norway): 1 – 2 business days
• Rest of the world and Norway: 3 – 7 business days

• Business customers in Austria and Germany: €0 (only for delivery during business hours and personal handover)
• Private customers in Austria and Germany: €90.00 (incl. personal delivery notice and phone call 1 hour before delivery)

Packing is completed within 2 business days and then handed over to the courier:

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

According to § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts involving goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies especially to our personalized Mevisto gemstones, which are individually produced based on the customer's specifications and submitted materials (e.g., hair or ashes). As these products are made specifically for you, withdrawal from the contract after order confirmation is excluded.

Furthermore, in accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 5 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to our “Pearl with Soul,” which is later personalized by the customer. Once the original packaging has been opened, it can no longer be guaranteed that the item is unused and in its original condition. For this reason, returns are excluded once the packaging is opened.
